All of our plans are month to month with automatic payment that can be set to the date of your choosing.  Roll over credits means you never lose the adjustments you pay for even if you miss an appointment or go on vacation.  Our awesome family plans are for the nuclear family unit, meaning the spouse and dependent children. Our family plans also cover adult children and grandparents that are claimed as depends on your tax return.

Family plans do not include, boyfriends, girlfriends, cousins, aunts, uncles, non-dependent children or grandchildren, cats, dogs, goldfish or hamsters. :) We are fully committed to taking care of the whole family and at the same time we have to keep this defined as a nuclear family unit.
